The Fusion announces itself as the mDNS service _wettercube._tcp (entry api=/api/next, v=1) and delivers the data as JSON under /api/next. Next finds it by itself (or through the entered address) and asks every 30 seconds; if nothing is new the Fusion answers 304. No MQTT broker, no Home Assistant, no cloud. Notes at the bottom of the display: "Suche die Fusion..." (not found or not answering), "keine aktuellen Daten" (last answer older than three minutes), "Kein WLAN" (no Wi-Fi).
